Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, company name, email address, telephone number, postal or other physical address, birth date, gender, occupation, a credit card number (including expiration ) to process payment for products, apps and/or services and such other information when needed to provide a service that you requested. Certain of our products and services also store connection or session information such as time/date and length of collection, IP address, chat logs and technician information.
There are various ways SNAP REMEDY SERVICES users (“Users”) can supply their Personal Information through SNAP REMEDY SERVICES and/or Other Services or otherwise to SNAP REMEDY.
When a User and a SNAP REMEDY SERVICES technical support service provider (“Expert”) share a support session, we may record all or parts of e-Support exchanges (including voice, email, chat and other communications during desktop sharing sessions), telephone calls and the related billing information (“Session Information”).
When you as a User receive services through SNAP REMEDY SERVICES, depending on the services you request, the Expert may have access to your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information and in some cases your computer and whatever data is stored on your computer. For example, if you choose to receive technical support via a desktop sharing session you will be giving the Expert access to your computer over a network in addition to access to whatever documents, files and/or applications are accessible through your computer. You may also provide other diagnostic information to partake of services. Experts can see your profile at any time, whether during a support session or not.
